What does doula support look like during pregnancy?

I’m here to equip you with the confidence to advocate for yourself during your birth. We will discuss topics such as childbirth, comfort measures, breastfeeding basics, prenatal nutrition, and postpartum recovery. I give practical tips to assist with in-home organization or preparing for your new addition. I offer non-judgmental support, without replacing the role of family members or your partner. This type of care is especially beneficial for moms placed on bed rest.
